Parenting across the ages is hard, and rewarding, work. Growing in our resilience as parents and carers can help us hang in there when it’s hard. In this seminar we look at 3-R’s to help grow parental resilience. What are those 3-Rs? Please come along and find out. P.S. Parents & carers growing in their resilience helps kids & teens grow in their own resilience.

Who for? Parents & Carers of all ages

Time? 6:30pm for Rego & refreshments. Seminar from 7-9pm
